Late yesterday a still from a supposed Kristin Davis sex tape was released. The 42 year-old actress plays sweet Charlotte in Sex and The City and has appeared in family-friendly films like The Shaggy Dog and Deck The Halls. The photo really looked like her from that particular angle, but then another still was released and it doesn’t look quite like her to me. Davis’ nose is thinner than the woman’s shown, the woman looks younger and doesn’t have any lines around her eyes, and it seems like a lookalike.

While this date has been bandied about before, a source close to Lopez said Valentine’s Day is the date she’s been focused on since the beginning of her pregnancy. “She didn’t just like it because of the obvious correlation, which is sweet, but she also was happy that it ... would easily make the deadline for the weekly magazine covers.”
The source said that Lopez would love it if she was able to have the first photo shoot take place in one of the three nurseries she’s had designed by Petit Tresor. “She spent over $120,000 on them (the nurseries),” said the source.
There’s no overall theme to the nurseries, but all of them include cribs, changing tables and armoires imported from France and England and “some of it has 18 karat gold on the legs and knobs. The rooms will even have crystal chandeliers.”
The twins, who are rumored to be named Anna Maria and Marc Ruiz, will be sharing a room, at least at first.

According to press reports, the Gimme More singer was able to sneak out of the hospital without much fanfare earlier on Wednesday, although she did get help from a private security detail.

A DNA test revealed the real dad was another shifty character named Larry BirkheadSpears appears to have a Stern problem of her own, a manager named Osama Lutfi, who has drugged her, called her a "whore" and has tried to impose total control over her life, her parents have charged in court papers.

When Smith and Stern lived together, he was in control of all of the former Playboy playmate's meds. Even the prescriptions for her anti-depressants and sleeping pills were in his name.
In her restraining order against Lutfi, Spears' mother, Lynne, claimed Lutfi is managing her daughter's meds.
"He told me if he weren't in the house to give Britney her medicine, she would kill herself," Lynne Spears insisted.
Lutfi also claimed he ground up Britney's pills and put them in her food to keep her quiet — and imposed his will on a singer who has been in and out of psychiatric wards since splitting with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Just as Stern tried to keep Smith away from Birkhead, Lutfi has reportedly been responsible for the rift between Spears and paparazzo beau Adnan Ghalib.
Just as Stern kept Smith's mother, Virgie Smith, out of her life, Lutfi has tried to isolate Spears from her family, according to court papers.
Lutfi reportedly cut all of the phone lines inside Spears' home and confiscated all the cell phone chargers so she couldn't juice up and call her folks, the papers state.
Smith and Spears also share a horrible taste in men. A new book about Smith written by her former dress designer and his partner alleges Birkhead hit on them at Camp Kindle, a retreat for HIV-positive youths. Birkhead is trying to bury the book by threatening to sue.

DEA Begins Probe Into Heath Ledger’s Death

The Drug Enforcement Administration has launched an investigation into how Heath Ledger got the prescription drugs that caused his death.

DEA officials have requested copies of Ledger’s autopsy, as well as the original police report, according to numerous news sources.

“It’s an ongoing investigation by the NYPD and, as always, we’re standing by to assist other investigations,” said Steve Robertson, a special agent with the DEA.

According to the New York Medical Examiner’s autopsy results released Wednesday, Ledger died of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.

To extend her stay, hospital staff members cited a section in the state legal code known as 5250 that allows patients to be retained for medical treatment if they are found to be gravely disabled or a danger to themselves or others, a hospital source told The Associated Press.
Brit was forcibly taken to the hospital Thursday and first committed under section 5150 of the state code.
"It is a terrible situation," a source close to the Spears family told People.com. "Britney is in a padded room. Her family is so worried about her."
The 14-day extension will likely be cited today by the fallen pop princess' dad, Jamie Spears, when he goes back to court to get his designation as conservator of his daughter's estate extended as well.
Court Commissioner Reva Goetz gave him and a lawyer control Friday and issued a restraining order against Osama Lutfi, the pop star's friend and sometime manager, ordering him to keep away from Britney.
Spears, 26, will remain on lockdown at the facility where, according to People.com, she can wear her own clothes and have her belongings with her.
She can accept visitors and make phone calls from a public pay phone and take smoke breaks on the center's deck, which is gated and surrounded by a metal fence. Her doctors check in on her at least once an hour, even during the night.
Britney was reported to have launched into a profanity-laced rage when told Daddy was now in charge, screaming, "Nobody's going to take my house!" and "Who is my family?"
Spears could legally ask to fight her dad in court, but it was unclear last night if she would.
Meanwhile, People reports that Spears' forced hospitalization could get ugly.
Terry Wasserman, an L.A. attorney who specializes in mental health cases, warned that Spears could be tied "to a bed by leather restraints" if she becomes combative.
"In extreme, life-threatening situations - when the patient is a threat to one's self or medical staff - a psychiatrist can inject a person with psychotropic medication," Wasserman said.
Doctors can also force a patient to take prescribed meds, Wasserman said. "If he or she resists taking the meds, the psychiatrist can obtain authorization to forcefully medicate the person," she explained.

A separate hearing was scheduled for Monday afternoon to deal with the issue of conservatorship of Spears and her estate.
Spears remained hospitalized for psychiatric evaluation and did not attend the hearing that was closed to the press and public. It had been scheduled before Spears was hospitalized.
"It's a very fluid landscape that's changing day by day," said lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, who represents Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Kaplan said he was not being given information on Spears' condition.
Spears' father, James, and her attorney, Andrew Wallet, were granted temporary conservatorship Friday after Court Commissioner Reva Goetz ruled that Spears needed someone to take over her personal and financial affairs. The conservatorship was to remain in effect until another hearing was held.
Meanwhile, Spears current stay in a psychiatric ward was extended for two weeks under a state law that allows patients to be kept for medical treatment if they are found to be gravely disabled or a danger to themselves or others, a person close to the pop star told The Associated Press.

Details of funeral arrangements for the late co-star of "Brokeback Mountain" have not been announced, but Ledger's family is expected to bring his body back to Perth this week. Family members have reportedly already attended two memorial services in Los Angeles.

"He was a great star for us. We don't have many stars from here," she said.
"I think it's disgusting how the media has played it out," said Justin Kestel, a 28-year-old travel agency manager who said he played field hockey against Ledger when they attended opposing secondary school teams.

Heath Ledger May Have Died of Natural Causes

It sounds strange, but sources intimately connected with the Heath Ledger investigation say it’s possible the actor died of natural causes.
According to TMZ, it’ appears that the level of toxicity (from medication) in Ledger’s body was so low it may not have caused his death.
Sources are saying Heath Ledger’s heart stopped. It could have been a heart attack that took his life, but it’s not certain … at least not yet.
It’s rare for a 28-year-old to die of natural causes, but possible. Initial autopsy results were inconclusive, and now this report. Interesting, to say the least.
Many this will shut John Gibson up, although we doubt it. In any case, we will keep you posted as more details about Heath’s tragic death are learned.
Also, authorities do not believe a housekeeper heard Ledger snoring when walking in his bedroom at around 1:00 p.m., as has been reported.
A fireman observed rigor mortis in Ledger’s jaw shortly after arriving on scene at around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, when Heath was found dead.
Officials believe Ledger was dead for about three hours prior to their arrival at his apartment, ruling out the possibility of snoring around 1 p.m.
Authorities are also annoyed at reports that there may have been a plot to remove drugs from Ledger’s apartment before cops and firemen arrived.
There are reports that the masseuse called Mary-Kate Olsen and a plot was hatched to have her bodyguard remove drugs. Not so, authorities say.
The cops were there the entire time the bodyguard was present, and there would have been no opportunity to carry out such a plan.
